Ege Ozyegin, J.D. Esq.
Director
Ms. Ozyegin is a qualified New York State Bar licensed Attorney and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Ms. Ozyegin has valuable corporate and commercial law experience in the United States and Turkey where she has worked with global law firms. She further has investment management experience through her work at U.S. and international companies. Ms. Ozyegin is experienced on strategic advisory, business development and venture development work and especially on the legal and commercial aspects of business development work.
Ms. Ozyegin is also a member of various international business and trade organizations.

Hisar School
Ms. Ozyegin graduated from the Hisar Educational Foundation Schools in Istanbul, Turkey in 2011 as salutatorian.

University of Pennsylvania
Ms. Ozyegin completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics (the PPE Program) with a concentration on Globalization at the Ivy League institution University of Pennsylvania, and graduated from UPenn in 2015 with Magna Cum Laude Honors.

Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law
Ms. Ozyegin later attended law school in the United States, at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York and graduated with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 2018, completing a three year doctorate program specializing on International & Comparative Law.
